This package includes everything in the Diagnostic Package with the addition of the following therapies:

This includes the total cost for the evaluation, therapeutics, and education. This does not include transportation, food, accommodations and nutritional supplements that may be recommended. At patient request, we will provide a printed bill for the patient to file for insurance reimbursements.
