'Has anyone tried arjuna (terminalia arjuna) or coenzyme q 10 for heart problems?

My doc has prescribed me beta blockers but i don't want to take them due to the side effects and have found out that these can help with arrythmias.

Just wanted to know if anyone has any success with these.

Mod: Fish oil has been approved for arrhythmia by the American College of Cardiology. You don't specify the nature of the problem.

'Dont know the nature of the problem at the mo.

A & E doc said that i have PSVT (Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia)
Yet my doctor thinks my heart is beating so fast is because i have an over active thyriod.

He has prescribed me beta blockers thinking i have a thyriod problem.

'well i get the results of friday but in the mean time i went to see a doctor turned homeopath and he is sending me something out that will work even if do have hyperthyriodism.
Which i dont think i have cause me mam has it and i dont have the symptoms.......some but not all.

If it doesnt work it doesnt work thats the good thing cause there are no side effects the natural way.

Taking coq10 for only 3 days now at 30mg and maybe its all in the head but i havent had an attack .............yet..........i say yet cause PSVT can come at any time.'

'Magnesium is also highly recommended for arrhythmias. Take 500 to 1000 mg daily.'
