I have some extra skin (warts?) that look like moles (?) that portrude somewhat. Am I stuck with going to a dermatologist to have these surgically removed, or is there some topical solution that can make this extra skin dry up, or fall off or shrink, etc...? Thanks!

There are some topical applications on the market today called Black Salve that a lot of people swear by. Some work and some do not. However, it does take a lot of discipline in doing this yourself. If it is a wart, then covering it with duct tape usually works. If it is a mole then you may want to let a dermatologist take a look.
