Get Your Calcium From Natural Sources

A new study on healthy pre-teen girls demonstrates just how important getting the right amount of calcium -- and where you get it -- can be.

Researchers measured the calcium's effects on some 200 Finnish girls (ages 10-12), either by taking various supplements or a placebo or eating low-fat cheese.

Although the low-fat cheese group enjoyed more health benefits than those taking supplements, these results are a mixed blessing, because processed dairy foods are some of the worst things you can eat. Your best natural sources for calcium:

Calcium provides the grantee for the better growth, stronger bones, teeth, and body structure.
So we can't ignore the importance of the calcium. The natural calcium is more effective then supplements.
The natural sources of the calcium are milk, yogurt, cheese, citrus fruits such as orange, grapefruit, lemon, apple, guava etc. and green vegetables.

This is exactly how i feel i personally prefer getting these things from natural things rather than nay artificial pill or supplement.
The substance we get from any natural thing doesn't really cause any bad effects on the health but something artificial can do it.
