What could I expect from taking the Corresponding course, and how many hours would you think on avarage time pr day in doing the course?

I have just bought a used darkfield a good one I think, but it was a little impulsive - but I have NO clue on how to operate it - is that also part of the course OR is it more theory and not so much practical application in the course ?

and how darkfield microscopy is used to determine a personals health
status based on Enderlein's findings.
