A1: Dear Richard:
You do your patients a real favor if you search on BOTH websites, FACT and http://www.Gordonresearch.com. If you simply use the term H.R.T. and later also search on Pueraria Mirifica you can become the expert on all this.

Once you start to learn how much science I have made available to you about this miracle herb and its multiple beneficial effects including powerful action at the estrogen receptor site, you will want your family taking this amazing all natural herb from Northern Thailand.

The World Health Organization reports the lowest incidence of breast cancer in the world if in the area where this is a staple in the diet! They have almost no broken bones or grey hair and do not shrink, as they age.

I do not go a day without being on my H.R.T. Plus, which you will find men benefit from also, along with other androgenic support products. It is both safe and effective for lifetime use and we need hormonal support, as we age and I believe that it also helps to offset the estrogen mimics in our water, food and air that we cannot escape.

Longevity Plus has the powerful Beyond GHS product that I use generally use in place of injections of growth hormone. Then in addition I take at least 8 Grams divided in am and pm doses of BioEn'y C so that collagen synthesis is FULLY supported. This I take with Beyond Fiber, as the lower my level of toxic chemicals the better my body can reproduce itself to look exactly like the cells that are being lost daily. Then I use a green drink to maintain more alkaline blood so that I enhance oxygen delivery to cells. And I take 1 tsp of MACA powder twice a day in my Power Drink, which is the Vit C, Beyond Fiber, Maca and a GREEN product that Longevity will soon be introducing.

Sincerely,

A2: Dear Richard,

I ve been using intradermal CO2 therapy for muscle sag in the thighs, buttocks, abdomen, triceps not only in post-menaouposal females and also who has stria, micro circulation problems, scar healing after operarations. It has tremendous results, it is really hard to believe you have to see.....but I don't know carbondioxide treatment regulations in usa. I make combination therapies with intradermal use of soy lecithine (every other week: http://www.dreddyclinic.com/vitamins/Lecithin.htm), pressotherapy and refloxotherapy body massage ....

A3: HGH is the "magic bullet" for those men and women. Ideally, you'd also replace testosterone and DHEA. You're basically talking about atrophy of protein infrastuctures. Protein transcription can only be turned back on with DNA modulation. Only hormones or hormone analogs will do that (Ask Barry Bonds and the Guhvehnatorrrh of California. There are some amino acid combos that will work as HGH secretagogues up until around age 50-55,right around the time you start to get the atrophy you're asking about. Estradiol does not underwrite hypertrophy of protein based infrastructures. Estradiol martials the hyperplasia of cells that frequently multiply, like fat cells and other adenomatous tissue. It does add some to the elastin manufacture in skin. This is why women are more prone to osteoarthritis, joint injuries in sports, and osteoporosis. Very aggressive weight training (I guess that makes it a bench pressing issue) will boost testosterone, HGH, and DHEA levels to some extent, but most people are not willing to put that type of effort in. Tell them they have to meet you half way. You're a doctor, not a magician damnit.

A4: Look into supplementing with diindolylmethane (DIM)to increase Estradiol and decrease Estrone. DIM is especially important with the use DHEA. It is also very effective against HPV. http://www.dimfaq.com/index.htm
