I visited recently a detox place in Chiang Mai, what called himself "ayurvedic clinic", they told me, and I red it also on there
website that coffee enema are very good for colon cleansing; I have a high vata constitution and I'm really surprised I got such advice from a "ayurvedic professional", what is your opinion on this?
