Q: I recently placed an order of 120 capsules of Oxy-Powder with Global Healing Center, hoping that this would alleviate my lifetime struggle with constipation (I'm 30 years old). It has now been seven days since I started taking the capsules, and I can honestly say that they have been seven miserable days.

Not only have I felt drained of energy, had sore muscles and a constant headache; I also suddenly experienced rash-like breakouts all over my face - something that I have never problems with before. However, worst of all, I have experienced none of the promised detoxification. While I have had sporadic spurts of diarrhea, there has been no 'emptying out' of the tract - on the contrary, after seven days, I feel more uncomfortable and bloated than I ever have before. I am beginning to suspect that these pills actually may have done some damage to my system and am afraid of continuing the prescribed course.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed with your product. Please make sure that I get a full refund immediately as this has proven to be nothing but a big marketing scam that plays on people's susceptibility and hope of better health.

First of all I want to thank you for your order. Also I would like to make some suggestions and hope that you will be willing to try them in order to get the results that you want. We have had hundreds of thousands of people who have used Oxy-Powder and in turn got relief from literally months to years of constipation difficulties. We would like for you to have the same experience.

All of the symptoms that you have described can be ascribed to what is called a Herxheimerโ€™s reaction or healing crisis. This is caused by toxins released and trying to be eliminated during the initial part of the cleanse. This means that symptoms will worsen temporarily. If the reaction becomes difficult to tolerate, then the amount of Oxy-Powder intake should be reduced by one capsule daily to build up tolerance gradually. After the reaction period is over (may last around 3 weeks), you will experience gradual and steady improvement.

This reaction is different for everyone depending upon the toxicity of the bowel and the body. I would suggest to you that you are actually experiencing detoxification and this is a great sign. I would highly encourage you to stick with the Oxy-Powder and allow it to continue to help detoxify your bowel. By backing off a little (as described above) you will continue to detox while alleviating some of the symptoms.

For the bloating, I would recommend that you take the Oxy-Powder with 1/4 wedge of lemon squeezed into 6 ounces of filtered water. This will provide the stomach with the HCL that is needed. After the age of 30, most people do not have enough HCL in the stomach.

Make sure that you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces every day of clean, filtered water.

If you continue to experience problem in elimination and bloating you can take Oxy-Powder during the day. Two - three capsules 30 minutes before each meal.
