A15: Any one of the following treatment combinations should clear it up quite easily.

1. Meditech's LILT Laser plus Active Release Technique (ART)

2. FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) plus ART

3. Needle Acupuncture with electric stim' plus ART

If there's a tear (via diagnostic ultrasound), then add "Prolotherapy". Otherwise ineffective.

For home topical use, "Bionica Pain & Healing Gel", (which is my own design), but you can obviously use any topical homeopathic healing ointment.

Good luck.

A18: There is always a weak adductor muscle on the same or opposite side of the body with this condition. As an Applied Kinesiologist I test the muscle and fix the weakness. this takes some of the stress off of the upper extremity. The exercise for this is to extend the arm and make a fist. With the arm outstretched extend the wrist 10 times 3 times a day. This will cause microtearing of the tendon at the elbow and over time releave the irritation. This exercise does cause some pain while doing it. Dr. Theresa Gormly

A19: Alpha Wave technology could really help with this case. The brain makes alpha waves... I have a piece of equipment that randomizes the waves... basically these are sound waves that the ear cannot hear but reduces inflammation, increases circulation, softens scar tissues from injuries and accelerates healing.
My best. Patti Wooldridge

A20: Dear Lisa, I have worked in the area of myofascial medicine for the past 20 years. Obtain a copy of Travell and Simons Myofascial Pain and dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual. This problem is easily fixed using local anaesthetic trigger point injections. I treat them regularly. They fully resolve in 2 to 3 thirty minute sessions.
