hi my name is Shawn... i had the Ruen Y Gastric Bypass Surgery close to a year and a half ago... my weight loss has been an amazing experience.. i started at 305 lbs and now weigh 165 lbs!!... although my weight is down.. i've recently been experiencing severe constipation!!! i called my doctor.. she recommended Miralax.. Frequent Exercise.. and plenty of Fiber and Water... i followed this routine for months now... still no Relief :/ i recently gained 10 lbs... i am up to 175 lbs now.. but... its only in my stomach bulging area... and my stomach feels hard and bloated... i believe it is from not being able to have a normal bowel movement... i can only pass my bowels about once.. maybe twice a week... and when i do.. movements are very small and pasty-like... i have tried numerous laxatives.. Nothing Helps!!.. so i wanted to ask for some serious health advice in regards to have a "Colon Flush".. not a pill.. not a drink.. but a routine the would be done by inserting a tube inside my rectum and flushing my colons completely!! my main concern is... is it safe??? since my intestines have been re-routed??? please help.. thank u
