Hi there,

Several years ago I was told that I could open up capsules of friendly bacteria into organic plain yogurt, and stick it in the fridge for a couple of days.... with the desired result of the friendly bacteria multiplying.

I'm on a very tight budget, can't afford supplements right now.... so I'm trying to see if I can streeeeeetch the friendly bacteria I currently have.

If this is indeed a valid technique, how many capsules to how much yogurt and for how many days in fridge would you recommend?
