EWOT, Make that EWO3T??

Still breathing the O3 through olive oil with my aerobic workouts on my elliptical. My version of Exercise with Oxygen Therapy. Make that EWO3T: On your recommendation I have cut back on the duration from 30 minutes (now use 03 with the last 15 minutes of my 30 minute workout). I am very pleased with the results after doing this several times_ quicker recovery, the joy, THE JOY!, of wonderful deep breathing exercises that seem to naturally follow. Looking to increase exposure. You previously seemed concerned that I might do myself lung damage. What might you suggest as a methodology for increasing exposure while minimizing risk. This seems to me to be a positive addiction worth pursuing.
