i have been using the slurries to control the itch and rash and it helps. of course, i trade one problem for another. now, the charcoal is making me plugged up and it is tough to have an easy bowel movement. Any thoughts?

Flax oil works for many people. Take 2 oz twice a day for a week.

The other alternative would be Homozon, if you can find it.
