Hey i have dark brown hair and eyes and im too tan in certain places. I know that hydrogen peroxide is effective at skin whitening and so is lemon juice would ozonated water be effective?

I have never seen any bleaching effect of ozonated water.

I think your best bet would be the hydrogen peroxide. If you buy
35% and dilute it, you can make it stronger than the 3% drugstore
variety. 6% would probably be good.

I have had 35% on my skin and that is no fun. But the skin is whiter for a while. In fact it is as white as the monitor screen. But it
doesn't last. Eventually, new skin replaces the bleached skin.
