What is the effect of ozone therapy on someone with epilepsy?
A 49 year old woman has been taking Epilum and Lanigton for many years, but in spite of (or because of?!) the medication she recently got worse and started getting an increasing number of epileptic seizures a day. Her memory has also been severely affected. After a series of tests a few days ago, the strongest epileptic medication available was prescribed to her, with the warning that it would basically turn her into a zombie, but she has not yet started with it.
Would ozone therapy be appropriate? If so, what administrations ear insufflations, IV, ozone steam sauna? And at what intervals daily, 3x per week, etc? And of course liver cleanses?! Would there be any adverse interactions of ozone with the medication, or would ozone neutralize the effect of the medication, perhaps leaving her prone to uncontrolled seizures?
As always your experience and advice are higly appreciated.
