I have been doing ozone for the last 3 weeks and over the last few days I have finally felt the healing reaction. I have been unable to go to work over the last 2 days because of fatigue, headaches and overall feeling like I got hit by a truck.

The rash on my chest and abdomen is intense. Itchy and red and everywhere. I have been drinking lots of water, doing coffee enemas, taking minerals and resting.

Any advice as to how to progress from here? I thought I had made a lot of progress with my other modalities to treat my Lyme, but the herx that I am having today has led me to believe otherwise. I still have massive toxins and bugs in me.

I am thrilled that I feel so badly but also hate that I feel this bad. Another piece of good news is that I am finally losing a little weight. Crazy. I have been about 10 lbs over my goal weight since I had gotten sick and lately, my face is thinner and my hips are shrinking. I believe the body stores toxins in fat and I am seeing my body FINALLY release some of these toxins. But, I might be wrong.

Any and all comments appreciated.
Jody

Dear Jody,

You are doing the right thing and your body is responding as it should.

All you have to do is continue doing it, and travel the long road to regained health.

It is a tough job, but now you are headed in the right direction.
It is just a matter of time now.

Liver cleanses are the most important method of reducing detox impact.
Charcoal slurry is helpful for many people. Protease enzymes will lessen the itching.

Best of Health!
Dr. Saul Pressman
