Hi, I recently started 2 pleo remedies, Pleo Reb and Pleo Rec. After a few days I developed allergy like symptoms, lots of itching everywhere, mild fever sensation but with chills at the same time and some flu-like symptoms like sore throat and fatigue.

I'm taking them after years of suffering from post antibiotic triggered IBS. Currently I'm also chelating from high levels of mercury and aluminum.

I'm wondering if the reaction is normal? Does it mean something or what is my body trying to tell me?

I'm very new to the whole pleo-morphism concept and therapies so please excuse me if my question sounds too naive.
