Q: Hi gents and ladies:

I have held the hands of a swarm of patients of all ages over the past 2 weeks all suffering with vertigo, nausea and Meniere's symptoms which their doctors label "inner ear virus"

Question #1: has anyone identified a virus in this situation?
Question #2: Aside from Meclizine, ginger, stabilization of blood sugar, tincture of time and removal of cell-phone induced tumors, what else helps?
Cheers
Brad

A1: Use garlic oil drops or combine oregano oil with olive oil to make ear drops. The colloidal Ag may work as well.

A2: Hi
Just remember that when Palm Trees polinate which is usually during the month of june, of courses in places where there are Palm trees, we sometimes see a lot of bladder infections all at the same time.
There are a lot of Plants that cross react with people genetically inclined to all types of things in the environment. Id check your local health dept and see what pollens are prevalent.
Don't Forget Vertigoheel. It's the Homeopathic equivalent to Meclizine, The AMA even published that!

A3; Hi Brad,
You may remember me from the ISOM conferences.
I have had great success with Ventigoheel, from HEEL for all the symptoms you describe.
I love your "tincture of time." Can I use that, or do I need to give you credit?
Also, have you actually seen cell phone induced tumors?

Yours in good health,

A4: Homeopathic Cocculus may fit the picture. Check a repertory.

A5: #2: Hydration
Valium 2mg, 1/2 to 1 tab is often better tolerated during the daytime, if Meclizine causes too much drowsiness Nola MacDonald, DO

A6: I know this is truly difficult to believe if you are an MD but this group is all about therapies that aren't supposed to work. Cranial bone dysfunction (most likely temporal bone) sets people up for this kind of syndrome. Then any kind of insult to the body can "break the camel's back". Once their system gets back to normal, it is able to compensate for the insult. It's kind of like someone messing up their back and it "getting better" but they flair it up occasionally, well it was never better, the body was just able to compensate and when it cannot, the symptoms reappear. One of the best things doc's in this group can do is find a good DO (or someone really good at cranial sacral stuff) and use them for this kind of weird stuff. I am going to get a lot of flak for this next statement but be forewarned, a dentist my wife was using for a TMJ program was using a cranial sacral (non doc type) and she was supposed to be good, the long and short of it is that I had to end up taking over care because she wasn't getting better and there was no real structural changes to her head after 6 sessions of cranial therapy. The lesson, you may need to try a couple of different providers to get one that can really do a good job, membership in the Cranial Academy was something I always looked for when I had to refer a patient from out of town.

A7: Dr. Weeks,
20% of the population has symptoms of The Temporomandibular Dysfunction Syndrome. Vertigo is often seen as part of the TMJ Syndrome.

A8: We have good success with this symptom pattern with correction of the upper cervical spine utilizing the Atlas Orthogonal adjusting instrument. Go to http://www.atlasorthogonality.com for info and a referral list. It is very non invasive.
