I am trying to find a toothpaste or solution for my teeth clening delema. I have tried Toms of main products and a variety of others that all give me mouth irritation and headaches. I realize that baking soda is much to abrasive for everyday usage. Does anyone know of a brand that is mild enough for me and will do the job?

I don't think that baking soda is abrasive. I have a friend who is very sensitive to personal care products and has used baking soda on her teeth for years with no bad results.
