What is the difference between the 1 year home study program and the 80 hours which is more expensive. Is the same material covered?

The difference between this courses are, you get in the 80 hours course (10 days)much more personal attention in the practical and theoretical training as well; The correspondence course focus more on the discovery of the theory, and less on the practice on the microscope and the identification.

Generally its the same program, with the same topics, but much more high concentrated.

I always try in my practical courses spend 50 % one theory and 50% on the practice working Direct on the microscope. From my experience with students is the practical training a big Issue, especially when you never worked on a microscope before or its is many years ago.

Darkfield Microscopy is also very unknown outside of Europe.
