I have been on Zoloft for 14 yr, for severe depression, post tramatic
stress, panic attacks, SAD, PMSD, fibromyalgia. I take Klonipin for
insomnia & panic attacks. I know I need to detox my body, & about
herbs, teas,& supplements. I also eat the cabbage soup 1 a month.(my
kids call it mom's PMS soup,& they eat it too.) I need a plan & time
frame, from start to finish, while I'm weaning my way off these meds.
Does anyone have any personal experiences, they would like to share.
Thanks Dawn from Ohio.

You should find a doctor who will switch you to valium, then do a slow
taper down until you're off the benzos. Here's a great website:

Dawn

I would suggest doing yoga and also aerobic exercise like running,
sports or cross country skiing.
