Dear Doctor,

I have tight muscles in different parts of my body (neck, shoulders, jaw, and foot). What could be causing this and are there any products you sell that help tight muscles.

Currently I am trying massage to help.

Tight muscles are usually from stress although they could be from a lack of magnesium, calcium and/or potassium, dehydration.

Make sure that you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces of purified water every day.

The following are recommended:

1) Calcium Orotate
2) NutraCoolโ„ข
3) Opti-MSM
4) Serralone

Massage is certainly a great idea. You might want to take a bottle of NutraCoolโ„ข with you and ask them to use it at the very end of the massage.
