Hi, I'm new to this site and just received my first bottle of Oxypowder. Tonight will be my first dose.

I'm looking forward to changing some eating habits and really focus on improving my life quality. I'm interested incorporating raw food principles (lots of fruit, lots of veggies, little to no meat and no starches) and just also cleansing my body inside and out..
I want to lose weight and feel better about myself and enjoy the great life I have.. So in the end I hope this is a start of a good life process.

I've visited this site several times and noticed alot of the post are from earlier in the year or older.. Well I hope if your just starting out we can chat thru the process.
