I'm using maxnet (now 3BB broadband hi hi broad band) for my company the internet provider in Chiang Mai; and I'm so unhappy with them, because they are don't provide what they are promise. We are now 3 days with out of internet; I keep calling them and nothing happen; only promises; so I checked them out - in their website - and found a webboard in thai, you can use the google translation to read the whole thing - they have on her own webboard 64 pages complains that they don't have any internet (http://support.3bb.co.th/th/webboard/index2.php); anyone has any suggestions to a good alternative to this company??? This is a mess; the call center hanging up on you, because of... I don't know...
they are recieving so many monthly subscriber payments, and what you get???
