A1: 50 to a 100 mgs of chlorpromazine (Thorazine) qs might work wonders.
Certainly you should find out what your patient is allergic to.

A2: Yes I had good results with Rosmarinic Acid (200 mg bid)and Quercitin(1500mg bid) Regards G Lindeque MD

A3: The first question is to name the exact disease and not a description of the number of eosinophils since there are many cases of hypereosinophilia.
