Hi All,
Doing regular exercise not only keeps us healthy but also prevent from many major illness. Some benefits of exercise regularly are:
Reduce the risk of premature death
Reduce the risk of developing and/or dying from heart disease
Reduce high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
Reduce high cholesterol or the risk of developing high cholesterol
Reduce the risk of developing colon cancer and breast cancer
Reduce the risk of developing diabetes
Reduce or maintain body weight or body fat
Build and maintain healthy muscles, bones, and joints
Reduce depression and anxiety.

Some benefit of regular Exercise :

1. Makes breathing system well.
2. Circulation of blood in body is improved.
3. Make your body strong and slim.
4. Reduce your Fat.
5. Improves body shape lines and muscles.

You shared very valuable tips about the benefits of exercises.
I get a lot of help from these tips. Thanks for sharing such nice tips.
Regular exercises are very beneficial for maintaining health and improving the fitness.
All of us do regular exercises for getting fitness and improve the stamina.

Cardiovascular exercise, or cardio as it is generally referred to, is the exercise that works the affection and lungs. Regular exercise includes such things as: pond and cycling. These contest can aswell be declared as aerobic.
