Hi All,
Swimming is great exercise and have many benefits.
It is great for reducing weight,
It is is a great calorie burner exercise,
It strengthens your heart and lungs,
It improves muscle strength, flexibility and balance,
It is great to deal joint or muscular problems,
It’s a great low impact exercise,
It increased energy levels.
It is great exercise to increase acrobatic capacity,
It makes heart strong,
It prevents from obesity, joint problem and heart problems,
It makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles strong.

Well i don't know how to swim but with your post i have learned lot about swimming. It is best exercise so i will try to do it. Thanks for sharing these benefits. Everyone should be aware with this information. Keep posting.
