I was lucky enough to receive a tub of Kaged Muscle Kasein in CHOCOLATE !

Here are the nutrition facts

Protein‎: ‎25 g‎
Calories‎: ‎150‎
Calories from Fat‎: ‎20‎
Sugars‎: ‎2 g‎

- My favorite part about this protein is that it contacts coconut oil! A healthy fat that helps you burn fat. It also helps slow down the digestion of the casein which intern helps you preserve mass mass. AND guess what? It it sweetened with stevia, BUT fear not! It does not have the normal weird after taste like many other stevia sweetened proteins!

So far I've been using the protein for about a week. At night right before I go to
Bed I make a "protein pudding" my recipe is below I love it, it keeps me full and is a nice change up from a regular shake! So far so good - the Kasein mixes very well (I've also made just a regular shake to see mix ability and taste) I loved it. I love how Versitile this protein is !

1 scoop kaged muscle Kasein
2 table spoons dark coco powder
1 packet stevia
5 table spoon cashew milk (any milk is fine)
1 tsp mint extract (optional)
1 table spoon sugar free mini chocolate chips

Put in freezer for 15 min and tip with 1 table spoon peanut butter and enjoy!
