Hi All,
Green tea is great for health and besides helping in losing weight green tea has many more benefits.
It reduces the risk of cancer,
It reduces cholesterol level,
It protects us from cardiovascular disease,
It improves our immune system,
It reduces tooth decay,
It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
It Prevents aging,
it promotes beautiful skin, hair, nails,
It strengthens blood vessels,
It lowers blood sugar,
It prevents influenza.

Well no doubt that green tea has lot of benefits and good for health. I drink two cup of green tea daily. It improves skin condition and fights against cancer. It is best for fat burning so i suggest everyone to drink it daily.

Thanks everyone for their valuable posts. I think everyone has covered almost all the benefits of green tea but still I would also like to add my post.
Some benefits of green tea are:-
-Good for diabetes
-Helps in reducing weight
-Reduces the risk of heart diseases
-Reduces the risk of Esophageal cancer
-Helps preventing wrinkles and skin aging and many other skin problems
-Applying warm green tea to hairs is good for hair problems like hair loss
-Reduces cholesterol
-Reduces the risk of high blood pressure
-Helps coping up with depression
-Reduces tooth decay

I'm known to the advantages of green tea as it increases metabolism, improves digestion and lowers the risk of getting heart attacks and stokes, it increases memory and is good to release stress and much more, it would be better if you have written some benefits of your product to health.

Green tea is very good for weight loss and people who are diabetic.Manuka honey which comes from New Zealand is also goof for ir and in arthritis and wound healing.
