Hi All,
Vitamin C makes bones strong, boosts immunity system and helps in weight loss. Vitamin C is great antioxidant and prevents from cardiovascular disease,high blood pressure, cancer, atherosclerosis, bacteria, viruses, and infection.

The amount of vitamin C required to prevent chronic disease appears to be more than that required for prevention of scurvy, Much of the information regarding vitamin C and the prevention of chronic disease is based on prospective studies, in which vitamin C intake is assessed in large numbers of people who are followed over time to determine whether they develop specific chronic diseases....

Vitamin C is an important nutrition element of our body. We can't live healthy life without this vitamin. It makes our bones and muscles strong and healthy and prevents us from many infections and diseases. Anyhow its a wonderful post and thanks for sharing about this vitamin.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant, which is good (too much to say, so just search "antioxidant" on Wikipedia"). In the past, many people used to lack Vitamin C, which would cause sicknesses like scurvy. Today people usually have enough in their food, and you definitely have enough. So keep it up. Don't take more though, because having too much isn't great.
