In April 2005 my 72 year old mother was diagnosed with stomach/duodenal cancer here in Australia. In June 2005 she reluctantly agreed to have surgery. Unfortunately, the doctors were unable to get the cancer out and told us that she would have only 6 to 12 months to live.

The doctors were very arrogant and showed no compassion. She refused to have any form of chemotherapy or radiation. Well, it is June 2006, one year later, and she is still alive. She appears fit and healthy and lives a very normal life - works around the house, goes shopping, socializes etc. You would never think she has a terminal illness. However, she does require regular blood transfusions every 4 to 6 weeks which really worries her.

We are desperate to save our mothers life or at least prolong it. In addition to the Cancer protocol, can anyone suggest any other alternative treatments that may help my mother. In particular, is there anything that will prevent the internal bleeding she has that causes her anemia? We are thinking of putting her on a program of Essiac tea, dessicated liver, brocolli extract, mushroom extracts and fish oil. Does anyone have an opinion on this? How about Chinese medicine?

Basically, any advice or programs would be appreciated. People do not deserve to die this way.

Good health to all,

There is a health crisis of Diabetes & autoimmune issues (of which many tumors and cancers could have an autoimmune aspect) ... in Australia.

Just wondering whether your mom had a parent who served in WWI or WWII?

I believe the best help is good nutrition that is organic (no pesticides in raising of food or meat) ... and glyconutrient food supplements. One shared with me how his wife's breast tumors went away by using them .... but they went on to do chemo-therapy as an extra (why I do not know).

Research is promising in cell-to-cell communication - Intro to glyconutrients

Your mom made the right choices, obviously, as Greg, husband of Ann Lory (another post here) will attest to.

I have cancer of the large intestines.

There was not much symptoms with my intestinal cancer and not much pain. The first sign indicating I had a problem was blood in the stools. My treatment included surgery followed by several courses of chemo back in 2003. Then in 2004 the cancer was back with bleeding and there were metastasis located in a few lymph nodes.

My doctor had given some medicines for a while but these were not working because the blood in the stools continued and there was discomfort from the other tumors.

At some point I looked for other alternatives. I was willing to try anything.

This war on cancer posting is worth reading because it lists 20 alternatives and there is enough info to decide for some alternatives.

The Lux Health site offers 2 cancer alternative treatments.
I have tried both, first the homeopathic formula and later the herb formula.

The 2 above have done good as far as fixing the blood in the stools and other discomforts including the other cancers. My experience with these 2 are worth investigating. y aim was to live longer. I did not expect to survive beyond 2005 but am alive and mostly doing fine even with the cancer tumors in me. I don't have any regrets trying the above remedies.

I believe most cancer cases like mine should likely get similar good results following the remedies I used. I still use them and recommend them to anyone look for something that works.

You may be interested in using Rutin. I don't know exactly how effective it is, but it works proven against tumors. Look it on pubmed.com. search keywords: rutin, quercetin, rutinoside, cancer, chemoprevention, rats, tumors.

You may also want to use a high dosage. Discuss with your doctor.

I hope that your mother is still doing well. You might want to ask your doctor before beginning anything that might cause bleeding to occur more readily, such as fish oil supplements.

Ulcer might be disgusting some times. The point to note here is that Ulcer can be managed perfectly well no matter the level it is. If, as you have said, the doctor has not been able to remove the ulcer part of the duodenal, and as a result your mother is going through internal bleeding.
The internal bleeding I know through my experience will make her also bleed blood any time she was to defaecate. If her case is like that and she is a woman, she can be placed on cimentidine medicine and other natural foods like honey.

To stop internal bleeding, you can add N-Acetyl Glucosamine into your daily basis. This is a kind of amino sugar that can be formed inside your body from glucose. You should take an amount up to 10 capsules of N-Acetyl Glucosamine (which equal to 500 mg) but 6 capsules seem to be enough. However, the effectiveness from applying these natural tips will be depended on the body condition of the applicant.

Hope it helpful for you.
