Question about body pain, chelation and headaches.

I have been chelating with ala and dmsa at 12.5 about a month and
about 2 months on dmsa alone. I know have terrible body pain, ache in
my shoulders, neck, arms and wrist. Also have had headaches for
awhile but this last 2 days after chelation run were very painful.
I am wondering if the mercury being moved out and moved from the
muscles making this process painful. I am pretty much taking all the
required supplements and some others homeopathic drainers and herbs
for kidneys. Any suggestions? Any herbs for inflammation?> It
feels like on wet humid days (arthritic reactions) worse. I just
added salt in water once a day and that def helped the headaches
until the day after the chelation run and the following day (my most
difficult days) Anyway if anyone has any suggestions, I am willing to
try anything rt now. Thanks and Merry Xmas .

These are typical adrenal stress symptoms for me. I get a lot of
muscle pain in my shoulder/neck area that causes a persistent
headache. I also have muscle pains in my arms, legs, jaw, and
sometimes other parts. The neck ache gets worse after something
stressful, or later in the day, or from the morning if my sleep is not
good.

I alleviate the aches by getting adrenal support. I already get lots
of magnesium but it doesn't help these muscle pains. Last week I found
out that licorice root, which I was hoping would help, actually made
the neck pain worse. If it gets really bad, I take aspirin, take a hot
shower, and go straight to bed, no matter what time it is. I have
found that waking up after sleep without pain is the only immediate
relief.

After a year of chelation by Cutler's protocol, the muscle pain has
been getting better slightly in the last few weeks. I think this might
be my first physiological sign of progress so far but I have my
fingers crossed that there is no regression in the future.

On some rounds I do get head pressure, and I find that coenzyme q10
will alleviate it.
