Hi!So that has led me to (maybe not the best idea) add a good amount of sugary treats into my diet everyday which for the most part it does work. What is strange and drew up a red flag from me was when I noticed that despite all of this sugar and fat intake I have barely seemed to gained weight but it seems as if I'm losing weight. I stay very active at my job that I work 5 days a week, probably walking a rough estimate of 2.25 miles per day as well as go out hiking or disc golfing about twice per week. I might have an alcoholic beverage here and there throughout the weekend and possibly during the week, but I do pretty well at managing a light buzz throughout the night so I don't have any concerns towards that.
